Our department has more than 90 million yuan of large-scale examination equipment, including 6 imported high-capacity angiography machines, 1 argon helium cryoablation machine, 1 laser ablation machine, 3 Digital Gastrointestinal machines, 6 large-scale X-ray machines and 4 digital molybdenum target X-ray machines. At the same time, we have a strong technical force of talents. There are 6 in-service vocational colleges, 2 in reemployment vocational colleges, 6 associate professors, 1 doctoral supervisor, 5 Master supervisors, 7 doctors and 7 Doctors in reading.
Since 2018, the Department of radiology of the fourth hospital of Hebei Medical University has entered the road of rapid development with a new look. General X-ray department:
It is the cornerstone of image diagnosis. While inheriting the tradition, we continue to forge ahead and innovate. Conventional X-ray has entered into digital X-ray imaging. Through PACS network connection, CT, Mr and DSA images have been connected in series for lateral connection of image diagnosis. In recent years, our department has introduced 2 digital breast machines, 1 dual energy subtraction DR1, multi-functional flat-panel digital gastrointestinal machines, digital bedside X-ray machines, as well as multiple DR and CR equipment with the international leading level of fault fusion function and contrast-enhanced energy spectrum photography function. In this way, the conventional X-ray department has expanded its business scope and carried out some new technologies and businesses, such as the only one in the province Digital breast biopsy, digital whole spine and limb photography, digital chest dual energy subtraction, digital gastrointestinal dynamic imaging, etc. It also expanded the clinical business scope, especially the full-length photography of spine and limbs, which is a great help to orthopedics. Relying on the breast center of the fourth hospital of Hebei Medical University, we took the lead in carrying out breast tomographic fusion photography and contrast-enhanced energy spectrum photography technology in the whole province. Among them, there are only five breast contrast-enhanced energy spectrum photography technologies that can be carried out in China, and breast examination can be carried out in China In terms of quantity, it is far ahead in Hebei Province, which determines the advanced position of radiology department in breast disease diagnosis of the whole province and even the whole country. Due to the realization of digital imaging, digital image storage and transmission in general practice, the work flow is obviously accelerated, the examination time of patients is shortened, the work effect and service quality are improved, and the social benefit is significantly improved.
Interventional therapy:
The interventional radiology department has strong technical force and advanced equipment. At present, there are 6 large-scale imported angiography machines and advanced supporting equipment, such as 1 argon helium cryoablation machine and 1 laser ablation machine. At present, there are 26 beds (18 in the Department and 8 in the East Hospital). There are more than 10 full-time interventional doctors and a group of high-quality technical and nursing personnel, including 3 professors and 4 associate professors. Under the leadership of Professor Li Zhigang, after 27 years of unremitting efforts, it has become the intervention center of our province, and the interventional treatment of tumor and related complications has reached the national advanced level. At present, our department has carried out a variety of difficult operations, including tumor vascular perfusion chemotherapy embolization, (endoluminal stent therapy of trachea, esophagus, pyloroduodena, colon and bile duct), naso intestinal obstruction catheterization or enteral nutrition catheterization, puncture biopsy drainage, percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage and biliary stent placement (PTCD), emergency bleeding embolization, vascular Deformity embolization, tumor argon helium ablation, tumor laser ablation, tumor particle implantation and internal irradiation. In 2018, the number of intervention cases was nearly 5000, which was at the leading level in the province.
